Business Administrator Teresa Burlingame
Teresa was raised in Georgia, relocated to Texas in her teenage years, and attended school at L.V. Berkner High School in Richardson. She studied Business Management at Richland College and earned her Associates Degree. During and after college she worked full-time as a secretary at MCI Corporation.
After marrying and having children, she wanted to have the same schedule as her children, so she decided to work at the Richardson Independent School District in various positions. She was promoted several times during her 18-year tenure with the RISD. The previous title she held was Executive Assistant for the Assistant Superintendent in the Administration Building.
With her children grown, Teresa decided to try a new line of work. She began running the office for Sheridan Roofing during a remarkably busy year when the area experienced two unprecedented hailstorms. Teresa handles the billing, insurance paperwork, and helps organize the administrative work. During her time off she enjoys gardening, listening to great music, and fishing.
